Exceeding expectations since 1881. – Ward Reasoner & Son’s Landscaping, Inc.
Pauline N., of Longboat Key, Fl.Good Morning, Ward: Ever since I moved into my new home last year, I have been apologizing for the overgrown vine covered yard. I spent many hours trying to determine what could be done to improve it. Because the space was small and full of rocks with no grass, I felt it was going to require someone with a lot of experience and imagination to come up with a workable plan and decided to seek professional help. I asked my friend, who I knew worked for you, if she would inquire to see if you had someone who could come out and give me some advice. You came personally, took photos and measurements and asked for a copy of the survey to obtain sizes. Then you presented me with a detailed plan and arranged for us to meet at your nursery to look at plants. The rest is history. You turned my small ugly yard into a magnificent garden. I am so proud of my home now and neighbors often stop by to remark how beautiful the lawn is. Thank you, Ward, and your capable crew for an excellent job. Pierre and Joe worked diligently until everything was just right - and even moved my large lawn sculpture to a place of honor in the garden. I couldn't be happier with the results. Thanks a million! Sincerely, Pauline N. Longboat Key, Fl

Andrew @ QR Partners.Regarding his property on Casey Key. Ward: I wanted to let you know that we just saw the photographs that Toshiko and the Cohen's had taken of the house and it was my first opportunity to see the finished planting. Everything looked great - it looks like you did a terrific job with the grading, the lawns and the plantings around the house. They didn't include any pictures of around the main house or the new citrus trees of the front plantings - but if they look as good as the Zamia and the cleaned up palms and live oaks - I'm sure that I'll be very happy. I hope that all is well down there for you and that I'll be able to get back in your neighborhood one day. Thanks for all your good work. -Andrew M.
